Best nursery in the valley. Selection and service have always been the best. Also, their in-house design service has always exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more appreciative of all their help over the years.

I spoke with Heather today who gave me great advice on buying a couple of fruit trees as a house warming gift for friends. It is hot right now in the Rogue Valley and she recommended NOT buying and planting them now, but when the weather is cooler and the trees are dormant. So I will get a gift certificate for my friends, and really wanted to thank Heather for her honest and straight forward advice. We also talked about a lot of different varieties of fruit trees, and she was very well-informed and patient. Thanks!

Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I live in Bend and they helped direct me to varietals that grew in my zone. Prices were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Always happy with the selection of plants, shrubs and trees at Shooting Star Nursery. The staff is very well informed and always happy to answer questions. I bought 300 plants for EarthDay this year and made so many new friends while giving them away while representing Southern Oregon Subaru.

I tried to love this place but after today I likely won’t return! I’ve spent close to $500 in the past month or so. Of those purchases, 11 were boxwoods. Within a few weeks 2 of them were looking questionable so I reached out via email. They said they’d exchange the one that was clearly dead. When I went to exchange it I showed a picture to them of the other questionable one and they said to wait. It eventually died so I just went in to exchange it. The lady that has helped me the last 2 times was very nice as usual. When I walked back up to the counter after looking for something else she had clearly finished telling who I assume is the owner who seemed annoyed based on her facial expression. The nice lady said there’s no paperwork to do so you’re good. I proceeded to my car where she ran up to me and said “thy told me to tell you next time we need a receipt”. Mind you I have the receipt, had they just asked for it I would have happily showed it to them which I told her and she said “sorry, it’s not me”. I was made to feel like I robbed them or something! Customer service shouldn’t feel passive aggressive. Also several of the times we’ve been there some of the workers seem to not
